Embedded: Setting up a VPN Connection

A VPN can be established to add an extra layer of security when receiving the generated note from Autoscriber.

These are the steps that need to be taken in order to set up a VPN connection between Autoscriber your EHR:

    1. Share your firewall's Public IP Address and the Private Network IP Address that will be accessible in the tunnel when connecting to your Public IP.
    2. Whitelist the Autoscriber IP Addresses that will be provided to you.
    3. Request a Key (PSK) from Autoscriber. Please request the key by sending an email to support@autoscriber.com 
    4. The IKEv2 and IPsec Configuration encryption algorithms will be shared with you.
    5. Autoscriber will then create the tunnel connecting to your Public IP Address.
