Standalone-ui:

1. Improve adding org flow
2. Added a new "Settings Cog" to the top of standalone
3. Changed wording of "Synchronise" to "Approve and Synchronise"
4. Added a Search and Replace option in the note section to allow replacing words like "client", "patient" etc easily and quickly

Billing:

1. New plans/pricing.. introduce reseller perks
