Using Autoscriber during phone conversations

It is possible to use Autoscriber during a phone consultation. We recommend following the setup below as much as possible;

1. Open Autoscriber on your Computer, Laptop, or Tablet
2. Conduct the consultation using your phone, set it to speaker mode with a high volume
3. Place your phone close (max 50cm away) to the device running Autoscriber

Tip: by connecting your phone to a (bluetooth) speaker, the sound quality can be improved, which can lead to an even better result in the summary via Autoscriber.

Important: prevent the phone call and Autoscriber from being active on the same device; as both applications give different commands to the same device, in many cases a summary cannot be generated.
